Hello, I’m Edgar, former senior banker and Managing Director with a 27-year career in top-tier globally significant banks (GSIBs).
During Covid-19 I quit my global head role in what is arguably the world’s first/second financial centre, London, where I led Credit Risk Management for 37 markets (US$420 bn in Assets) all to follow a personal calling to serve others.
Today I’m the President & CEO of a global micro-finance network that operates in 28 countries aimed at serving the extreme poor, i.e., individuals who earn less than US$1.90 per day.
I created Great Tips for the sole purpose of helping others in the pursuit of edifying your Mind, Body, and Spirit!
It’s not about me but what can I do to help others, that is my calling.
